We use Full Cream Vanilla Soft Serve Powder by Milligans Food group. Mix 1 bag of 1.5kg to 3.5 litres of water in a container (yields 5 litres of soft serve which is 50-65 cones.) This hire includes one soft serve machine, 1.5KG of Soft serve powder and instructions.
